Return & Refund Policy
NEW HANDBAGS – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- New handbags are eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
- Return shipping fees are deducted from the total refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
In compliance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union are entitled to a 15-day "buyer’s remorse" period. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
PRE-OWNED HANDBAGS
- All sales of pre-owned handbags are final.
- These bags are authenticated by third-party experts and considered highly coveted, collectible items.
- Returns are not accepted to prevent fraudulent product swaps and the need to re-authenticate.
Exception
- If a pre-owned handbag arrives damaged, we will consider a refund.
- All items are carefully packaged, but transit damage is possible.
- We strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance. If damage occurs in transit, please file a claim with the carrier to be reimbursed for the full value of the package.
