Production typically takes 7–14 business days because each bag is crafted individually. After production is complete, shipping and delivery take approximately two additional weeks. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Yes. Each bag can be engraved with a personal message during checkout. Many customers use this feature for gifts, anniversaries, birthdays, or Mother's Day. Please double-check spelling before placing your order because engraving is created exactly as submitted.
