1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wipesie website and the purchase of any products offered by Wipesie. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Pre-Orders
Certain Wipesie products are offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is still in development or production and that shipment will occur at a later date.
Pre-order payments are used to fund manufacturing and production. As a result, pre-orders are not refundable or cancelable during the pre-production and production phases. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing or logistics factors. We will communicate any material updates.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Wipesie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Refunds and returns are not available until after a product has been delivered.
Once you receive your order, you may request a return within the stated return window. Approved returns are eligible for a partial refund. A portion of the original purchase price may be retained to cover handling, return shipping, and factory processing costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition unless otherwise stated.
6. European Union Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, please note that this right does not apply to pre-orders prior to delivery or to goods that are produced or manufactured based on a consumer’s specific order, where applicable exceptions under EU law apply.

7. Product Use
Wipesie products are intended for external use only. Always follow usage instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Wipesie is not responsible for misuse of its products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wipesie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Wipesie and may not be used without prior written permission.
