This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Wipesie purchases, including pre-orders.
1. Pre-Orders
Wipesie products may be offered as pre-orders while we complete development and production. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your product ahead of manufacturing.
Because pre-order payments are used to fund production, pre-orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations until after the product has been delivered. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase and are shared in good faith. While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or factors beyond our control. Refunds are not issued due to production or shipping delays alone.
3. Refunds After Delivery
After you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return within the stated return window. Approved returns are eligible for a partial refund.
A portion of the original purchase price may be retained to cover return handling, shipping, and factory processing costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.
5. European Union Consumers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where legally required, eligible consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal after delivery, subject to the same return conditions and processing deductions described above. Pre-orders are not refundable prior to delivery.
