This Made-To-Order Policy explains how Odd Modd handbags are produced and fulfilled. By placing an order through www.oddmodd.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Overview
All Odd Modd handbags are made-to-order. This means your bag is not pre-manufactured or stored in inventory. Each handbag is individually crafted by skilled artisans only after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Because each item is created specifically for the customer who ordered it, production begins only after the order is confirmed. Every bag is produced as a unique piece created for the individual purchaser.
2. How Made-To -Order Works
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins. Each handbag is handcrafted and your personalized engraved message will be created exactly as submitted at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the engraved message is correct before completing payment. Please review spelling, punctuation, and formatting carefully. Once payment has been processed and production begins, no changes can be made to the engraved message or order details.
3. Production Time
Production time for made-to-order handbags typically ranges between seven and fourteen business days. Production begins only after payment has been successfully processed.
Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, artisan scheduling, or other operational factors. While we strive to meet the stated production window whenever possible, slight variations may occur.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once production is complete, the order will be prepared for shipment. Delivery typically takes approximately two weeks after production has finished, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, or circumstances outside of our control.
5. No Returns or Refunds
All made-to-order and personalized items are final sale. Because each bag is produced specifically for the individual customer and includes a personalized engraved message, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Personalized engravings make the item unique to the purchaser and cannot be resold to another customer. For this reason, returns are not accepted under any circumstances once the order enters production.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all order details carefully, including spelling and personalization, before completing checkout.
6. Exceptions
Replacements may be offered only if an item arrives damaged during shipping or if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within five days of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping packaging must be provided so the issue can be evaluated.
Odd Modd reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for replacement. If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired, remade, or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
