Overview
All Odd Modd handbags are made-to-order. This means your bag is not pre-manufactured or stored in inventory. Each piece is individually crafted by skilled artisans after your order is placed and payment is successfully processed.
How Made-to-Order Works
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins. Each handbag is handcrafted with your personalized engraved message created exactly as submitted at checkout.
Please check spelling and ensure your message is exactly how you want it engraved before completing payment. After payment is confirmed, no changes can be made to the message.
Production Time
Production takes 7–14 business days. Production begins only after payment is successfully processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks after production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
No Returns or Refunds
All made-to-order and personalized items are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds once production has started. Engraved messages are created specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer. For this reason, returns are not accepted.
Please double-check spelling and order details before placing your order.
Exceptions
Replacements will only be offered if the item arrives damaged during shipping or there is a verified manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Clear photographs of the damage and packaging must be provided. We reserve the right to assess and determine eligibility for replacement. If approved, we will either replace or remake the item at no additional cost.
